His defenses have been beat down to the point that it is called off... he got hit like 6 times and I didn't have up to date info on his defenses, he had little left. I hear that he keeps rebuilding defenses though so if Thiess wants to we could organize a collective hit on him. For the time being, no grand coalition ACS on my part.
